"The Oil and The Light" - fine art print
“At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Five of them were foolish and five were wise. The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them. The wise ones, however, took oil in jars along with their lamps." (Matthew 25: 1-4)
Shine your individual light, carry the extra oil so you are prepared. We are in a season where the Lord is saying "get ready!" have your extra oil with you so your light doesn't go out. We do not know the time or hour when Jesus returns, but we need to be ready. The Lord spoke to me about the extra oil, walking daily in the Garden with Him, in that place we have our extra oil. It's the Holy Spirit alive and active with us in our daily walk. When we walk in intimacy with the Lord, our light is always burning. We all have a light to shine. Where there is light, there is an absence of darkness. Be the light!
