Church purchasing
Buying for a church should be straightforward. If your finance team needs an invoice or purchase order, contact us before checkout with the church’s legal name, billing address, accounts-payable contact, selected product, and campus. If your church is tax-exempt, send the applicable exemption documentation before purchase so we can review it and coordinate the order correctly. Tax-exempt treatment is not automatic and requirements vary by jurisdiction.
Standard licenses cover one church at one physical campus. Multi-campus churches, networks, denominations, publishers, conferences, schools, nonprofits, and other organizations should request an expanded license before purchasing. Custom permissions are also available for uses outside the standard license.
