Jeremiah "Bears our Brokenness"
Jeremiah is rich in figurative language that describes the life of struggles of the prophet and how God used him to relay a message of judgement and salvation to Judah and the nations. Although there is a message of the coming salvation through the Messiah, I chose to focus the overall composition on the stories of judgment in this painting. This paints a beautiful story of God’s love for the people, his concern over their sin, judgments and seriousness of watching over his word to bring it to pass. He will do what he says.
