All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Durant, Oklahoma, USA. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Please note: Reproduction prints are made to order and may require up to 2 weeks before shipping due to print lab processing times.

🖼️ Large Original Art & Commissioned Paintings
Oversized artworks or commissions may be shipped via freight carrier or specialty art courier. These pieces will be packed with extra care, and you’ll be contacted with a shipping timeline and tracking details once your order is processed.
Freight delivery times may vary depending on location.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While original artwork and commissioned pieces are final sale, we offer a 7-day return window on eligible items.

Unused, undamaged items in original condition and packaging

Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery
📩 To request a return, please email mindi@mindioaten.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your return is rejected (due to damage, signs of use, or improper packaging), you will be notified.

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle. Use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly.

Pre-orders may be cancelled if they haven’t been fulfilled. Once shipped, they are treated as standard orders and subject to the return policy.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
