Genesis "The Promised Seed"
It all begins with a seed. Genesis, the first book of the Bible, “in the beginning.” I chose to focus on the Garden of Eden and the Fall of man to begin this painting collection. God's initial plan was to commune with us in the Garden, walking with him in the cool of the day. But then something went wrong; temptation and disobedience lead to sin and separated us from God. We were expelled from the Garden and our life journey apart from God began. But He had a plan to return us to that place of intimacy, through the Promised Seed, Jesus Christ to come. He was always there from the beginning and will always be with us until the end.
The Messiah is the God of Promise.
