Obadiah "Brings down the Proud"
The prophet Obadiah warned the proud people of Edom about the impending judgement coming upon them. The overwhelming theme is the destruction of the enemies of God’s people because of their prideful action and unrepentant hearts. God will bring down those who are arrogant and oppose his ways. I chose to paint the scenery of the setting of this book, Edom.
Originally painted in acrylic on canvas.
