Ownership of the physical artwork or product does not include ownership of the underlying copyright.
A purchaser may resell a legally purchased physical artwork or product, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit the copyrighted image itself.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and photograph our products.
Because artwork, printing, materials, monitors, lighting, and production processes vary, colors and appearance may differ slightly from what is displayed online.
Original artwork is handmade and may contain natural variations in texture, brushwork, surface, or finish.
Availability, product details, and pricing may change without notice.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to:

The Collectors Club is a recurring monthly membership.
New members are billed $25 USD per month and receive the monthly Collectors Club artwork and accompanying written reflection.
The membership continues until cancelled.
There is no minimum commitment, and members may cancel at any time.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.
