Returns:
We handle every order, commission, and sale with the utmost care and transparency. Our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 7 days of receiving the artwork. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the receipt and approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank, as processing times may delay the posting. If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at mindi@mindioaten.com.
Shipping:
We take great care to ensure your artwork is packaged securely and shipped safely, while keeping costs reasonable. Orders are shipped via USPS or Canada Post, with most domestic packages arriving within 4-12 business days. Please note that all reproduction artwork is printed to order and may take up to 2 weeks for processing, depending on volume.
You’re also welcome to pick up your artwork in person at our studio in Cochrane, Alberta.
