“Enlarge the place of your tent,
stretch your tent curtains wide,
do not hold back;
lengthen your cords,
strengthen your stakes.” (Isaiah 54:2)
We are in a new season in the Church of being sent out. An apostolic mandate of forerunners are being sent into new territory to shift spheres of influence for the advancement of Kingdom. We can no longer sit in a structure and be complacent. It’s time to advance, loosen the cords, make more room for more people. As the tent expands, the stakes are strengthened through deeper intimacy with the Lord and discipleship with one another. Advancing the Gospel and digging deep in discipleship, the tent will enlarge. This is the season of advancement.
I witnessed this scripture in real life today. I was at a gathering of an entire extended family, together we ate and the Gospel was shared. One by one they accepted Christ and were baptized. The tent enlarged. I took a picture of the tent cords and pegs. The Lord spoke to me about the expansion in this time. Stretch out your curtains, don’t hold back. Now is the time. Entire households are being saved and sent out.
