"Faith" | 1 Timothy - 'Garden of Grace' mini collection - fine art print
Although the mustard seed isn’t specifically mentioned in this book, I heard the Lord say paint the Mustard Seed to represent Faith. Timothy’s relationship to Paul was a son in the Faith. It all starts with the faith of a tiny seed, much like discipleship and growing in our faith. When we accept Christ, the seed is planted. But it needs watering and nourishing in order to grow and survive. Paul poured into Timothy in this way. Being a spiritual father to him, calling him his son in the faith. Watering the seed planted in Timothy. It’s a picture of discipleship. Faith is a gift from God that can move mountains and be planted into others.
