"The Master Blueprint" - fine art print
"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11
"For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building. By the grace God has given me, I laid a foundation as a wise builder, and someone else is building on it. But each one should build with care. For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ." 1 Corinthians 3:9-11
"But the plans of the Lord stand firm forever, the purposes of his heart through all generations." Psalm 33:11

In "The Master Blueprint," we witness the Lord cradling a divine plan, a blueprint intricately inscribed with threads of gold. His eyes, full of wisdom and tenderness, rest upon this sacred scroll that holds the mysteries of the ages—the design for His house, the Church. This is no ordinary plan; it is a vision conceived in the heart of the Creator, destined to unfold in His perfect timing.
An indigo butterfly lands gently near the blueprint, its wings a delicate play on the word "blueprint." This butterfly, a symbol of new creation, reminds us that God's designs are far more profound than we can fathom. Just as its wings are intricately detailed, so too are the plans God has for His people—crafted with care, precision, and purpose. The blue-printed wings echo the new things God is continually creating, the "new creation" we become in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17).
The shimmering gold within the blueprint reflects God's glory, destined to shine through His house, the Church. As Isaiah 55:9 declares, "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts." This is a reminder that God's plans are not our own; His ways are higher, more glorious than anything we could conceive.
Yet, this painting also speaks of the journey of faith, walking in trust even when the full scope of God's plans is not yet revealed. The blueprint symbolizes a divine design, one we may not fully see or understand in the moment. In these times of uncertainty, we are called to draw closer to Him, to seek His presence with all our hearts. It is through intimacy with God, through knowing Him and hearing His voice, that we can discern the instructions for what He is calling us to build anew.
